About David

Podcasting + Love of Teaching = PodcastCoach.
David began podcasting in August of 2009 and immediately fell in love with the power and potential of podcasting. He launched his first show, The Approachable Architect Podcast, as a place for listening to discussions about topics relating to architecture, residential design, construction, and green building. He quickly began to build his podcasting network, the Social Circle Media Network, scmn.tv. He launched The Pursuit of Mindful Living as a personal audio journey of his life and continued desire to live a more mindful life. He then followed that up with the Reside Realtor Online Radio Show and the daily video blog, Reside Daily Bite consisting of short videos about real estate.
David began teaching soon-to-become-architects (known in the architectural world as California Supplemental Exam Candidates) how to successfully prepare for the CSE in September of 2008. In the fall of 2010, David launched a new website www.cseprep.com and another podcast, the California Supplemental Exam Podcast in order to help architectural candidates prepare to pass the Exam to become licensed architects in California. Through personal instruction including seminars, webinars, and one on one coaching, David has personally helped over 500 candidates successfully prepare for and pass the CSE. David is looking forward to helping even more candidates prepare for and pass the CSE with his CSEprep.com, CSE podcast, and instantly downloadable Study Guide and Audio Companion.
